Lisa Burch, MPH
President & CEO
Lisa Burch, MPH, has over 30 years’ experience in public health, non-profit management, community and government relations, grants administration, strategic planning, and program development. Prior to joining the EPIC Family of Human Service Agencies, Lisa served as the VP and Chief Operating Officer at Family and Children’s Association, (FCA), overseeing program operations, facilities, IT, compliance and quality assurance. Lisa previously worked for Northwell Health where she established the Office of Sponsored Programs followed by the health system’s first Sustainability and Social Responsibility (SSR) program.
Lisa earned her BA in Psychology from Clark University with minors in Philosophy and Sociology and a concentration in Women’s Studies, and her MPH from Hunter College. Lisa also holds a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Management from Boston College, and a Certificate in Community Leadership from the Jewish Community Relations Council of Long Island. She was a member of the Energeia Partnership Class of 2020, a recipient of the Long Island Power Women in Business award in 2017, the Premier Businesswomen of Long Island award in 2019, and a Nassau County Woman of Distinction in 2021.
As President & CEO of the EPIC Family of Human Service Agencies, Lisa is looking forward to bringing her experience, dedication and commitment to continuing the excellent work done by EPIC Long Island, South Shore Guidance Center and the Epilepsy Foundation Long Island to support some of the most vulnerable people on Long Island.
